Re-sorted Providers

I've re-sorted SporeStack's providers list.

After having some launch (and other) issues with SporeStack EU, I've put it at the bottom. People who have prior experience with SporeStack generally know that it's reliable and if there's an issue, I'll get back to you quickly. Unfortunately, if it's your first time using SporeStack and there's some type of provisioning issue, it looks really bad on us. SporeStack EU has been good, and I've been thrilled to offer a provider that isn't realloacting funds for AI initiatives. However, there have been enough issues that I've been losing customers over it. I still offer it, I've just lowered it in the list. Not being able to offer refunds on SporeStack EU isn't a great impression, either.

I've also had issues with Vultr on and off. Usually, it's great and fine. And once a server is provisioned, it's pretty solid. I love the region and OS options. However, DigitalOcean's API is far more stable. I wish I could offer VNC access and more OS options with DigitalOcean, but for most people it's a great option. It is the most expensive, but it's the least likely to give me grief and offer a bad experience.

Slow Servers is coming along. I am working on a Gemini launcher for it. I also plan to offer a no-Javascript HTML launcher. There's still the SSH launcher, which works fine. It's a lot more work to host things myself, but I feel like I'm offering a real service. Life is busy these days, so progress is slow. I could spend a lot more time working back in my bachelor days!
